Nigel 福克纳 has joined the 存 Board as a Non-Participant Director. 福克纳, an executive and 技术 practitioner with more than 30 years of global financial services experience, previously held roles as the Chief Information Officer at T Rowe Price and the Investment Bank at Credit Suisse. He was also the Chief Technology Officer of the Equity Division at Goldman Sachs. 福克纳’s career includes multi-year assignments in London, New York, Hong Kong and Johannesburg.
In addition to his role on the 存 Board, he is also on the Board of Directors for Allspring Financial Investments and is a Senior Advisor to the Goldman Sachs Private Equity business. 福克纳 holds an MSc(Dist) in Information Technology & Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
The 存 Board of Directors is currently composed of 22 Directors. 这些, 13 are participant Directors who represent clearing agency members, including international broker/dealers, custodian and clearing banks, and investment institutions; five are non-participant Directors; two Directors are designated by 存's preferred shareholders, ICE and FINRA; and the remaining two Board members are 存's Non-Executive Chairman and its President and Chief Executive Officer. The Board plays a critical role in setting the strategic direction of 存, providing oversight and offering guidance on topics including risk management, regulatory matters, 技术, innovation and the development of new products and services.
